Related items not showing up in Review Center

I've been having an issue recently where the list of related items does not show up in Review Center. The moderator has selected to display related items and I can see the widget. When I select "Show related items", I can see "Upstream items (9)" (in this particular example), but no actual items then show up below that. I can see in the project itself that the links are there. Is this some new bug or are we configuring something incorrectly? This featured used to work correctly for us.

    Thanks for your patience here! Is this occurring in all projects you have access to, or just through a specific project?
