Jama Review Center - Approver Mark as Important

In the Jama Review Center, our Approvers have noticed that they can no longer mark Comments/Proposed Changes/Issues as Important items unless part of the review item is highlighted.  Is there any workaround for this besides having the moderator going in and mark the items that don't include highlighting?
