Rest API License information

I am trying to use Rest API to get information about the Jama license and number of active users. Looking at the documentation I do not see support for this. Does anyone know if this is possible?

    AFAIK it is not possible via REST API (no endpoints).
    Set up a user with read-only permissions to the database and perform your SQL queries

    The Jama instance is not self hosted.

    Hello:

    I had a need to have items enumerated that I could not do with JAMA, or the REST API.

    I put in a support ticket specifying what I needed and a couple weeks later got back the list of items.

    JAMA Software (and self-hosted sites) can run SQL queries.

    Cloud needs to ask support to get the.info.

    After weeks of talking with Jama support they do not have a way to retrieve license information as well getting excel reports via api. This is very disappointing.
