Dear Jama Connect Interchange Customers,

Greetings from the Product Team at Jama Software! We wanted to let you know we will be releasing a patch (1.4.2) for Jama Connect Interchange™. This patch accommodates upcoming changes to the Atlassian Jira Cloud REST API.

  • JCI will perform an update on Friday, January 27, at 2:00pm – 4:00pm PST (11:00pm – 1:00am CET).
  • During the update, integrations will be paused for a few minutes. Any pending syncs will resume automatically after the update is complete.
  • Though this patch specifically targets Jira Cloud integrations, all Interchange cloud customers, including Excel Functions and Jira Data Center customers, will receive the patch.

The upcoming changes from Atlassian impact how file attachments are retrieved from Jira. We are releasing this patch to ensure that attachments continue to sync correctly from Jira to Jama Connect after the Atlassian updates are completed.
