Data Exchange in non-Oracle Java environment

Is anyone running Data Exchange in non-Oracle environment?
We have 3.2 and the docs seem to indicate Oracle Java 8 is required; however, this version of Java is disallowed in our organization.

Hello Marvin,
Not official Jama support, but I've had luck with using Azul Zulu Java - the key issue is ensure you grab not only the Java runtime files, but ALSO the Java FX libraries. Oracle was good about including the JavaFX libraries with their Java download making validation of JamaDX easy.
This work around is unsupported by Jama themselves, but I've found this to not be a huge issue on my end.
I think you will want to grab a ~Java 8 branch from Zulu - I don't think the latest version worked? (I'd guess because JavaFX is deprecated?)
I'm using zulu 8.60.0.21 with JamaDX 3.8.x
