Error when importing word document to JAMA

While importing a word document into JAMA, using each table row as an individual column, I am seeing the following error:
Failure previewing file: 

snapshot of word document



however I am able to import via the other options but it is not rendered the way I want it to be. IS there something wrong with my formatting or with jama import feature? 

This is what a dummy snapshot of my word document looks like and I want to have the heading as a folder and each line in the row as a separate software test case, so on and so forth. The procedure items have to listed inside of test steps. How can I achieve this or format my word document?
