JCI not linking to all new items in a set
Several new items were added to a set with an existing JCI integration running. Only four (4) of the 28 items have been picked up by JCI. These have been in place overnight while JCI is set to refresh every 15 seconds. We've tried turning the Integration Off and then On again, Force Run, and Fully sync. None of those seem to be correctly adding the new items.
Is anyone else experiencing such an issue?

I'm sorry you're having an issue. Are there any error messages on the Links or Logs pages which might shed light on the cause here? If not, I think your next best step will be to submit a support ticket and our Support team can help you from there.

I'm not getting any unexpected errors reported, I'm just not seeing enough items that have been picked up.
Unfortunately, it seems that I won't have enough time to trouble shoot this one as-is. I'll need to replace the specific integration to make a correction to the spreadsheet first thing in the morning. I'll see if I can recreate it and submit a ticket on that one.
