Link Requirements to Test Steps and Create Charts that count Steps by Status

We would like to link requirements to the test step level and add charts to our dashboard that show counts of test steps passed and failed. We want to keep the Test Case level links and status counts as well.  Is there a new feature to vote on related to these items?
