Turning off Automatic Feedback/Comment when finishing a review

When a review participant finishes a review, a comment "ACCEPTED REVIEW: Finished" is automatically generated as an open issue category.  This is a problem for moderators who are utilizing feedback stat to determine how many open comments/feedback to address.  Does anyone know if there is a way to disable this comment/feedback automatically generated by Jama Connect when finishing a review?
