How to remove outside reviewer's ability to see all public reviews
I am currently setting up customer accounts for them to access reviews and want to allow them to only view reviews they are invited to. However, they still have the option to select All Public Reviews shown in the image below. Is there a way to disable this for them in case a review that we don't want to share with all customers is accidentally marked as Public?

Good question Bonnie.
Under Admin - Organization - Review Center you can set the permissions settings per review.In my understanding it is also retroactive (if you change it you get a warning that you are going to affect the access for some reviews).
Try to do it for both approval and peer review, maybe it works.
