User accounts are no longer showing in Jama connect admin console

EDIT: I found the option to re-index Jama. After running that my accounts showed up again!

Hello,
I am an admin of a self-hosted Jama connect (Version 8.79.3) instance running on docker. In the past I have been able to log in and manage user accounts without issue but now I am no longer seeing any of the user accounts. We are not using LDAP or anything like that. Just the built in user directory. It appears that users can still log in. I tried to create a new user account for an existing user and it tells me that the username is already in use. What is interesting is that I created a new user and I can view that account. I believe that the application was updated and that is when the behavior started. I am not very familiar with docker or jama so I would like to know where I should begin to look to troubleshoot this? If anyone has any suggestions as to what would be causing this issue too, I would be extremely grateful.
