Review link redirected to Jama Homepage

Hello....I have this ongoing annoyance that I need help with.  We have a user that is invited to Review and receives the Review Invitation via email.  The user accesses the link but the user is redirected to the Jama Home page not to the review itself.  The user is able to access the Review from the "Active Reviews" on the Jama Homepage.  When the user copies the link from the Review Invitation to the browser, the same behavior occurs.  The behavior happens with all reviews the user receives.  Tried three different browsers and making each browser the default with no success.  Verified permissions in Jama are correct.  Verify browser security settings.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.  Jama v9.0 Cloud.
