User has Creator License but cannot edit an item.

When user tries to edit item within a review - system returns message indicating she does not have permission, but when I check this user in ADMIN, she has Creator license.

Also when user tries to edit an item from explorer tree via the blue edit icon, there is no response.

Any idea what is going on?  I asked her to logout and clear browser cache and login and try again, but to no avail

    One thing to check is whether the user has a floating creator license, and whether during that session, they were downgraded to a reviewer license because all floating creator licenses were in use.   If that is not the case, I expect you will want to create a ticket for Jama Support to investigate.

    User has Creator license that is not the floating license, but the "fixed" license.  I opened a ticket with Jama.

    Assume you checked if item was locked? And if they had permissions in that particular project?

    Sounds like she is not a user of the Project.  Admin->Project->Users

    Yes, I checked that item is unlocked and user has permissions in that project.

    Edit:  I incorrectly assumed that since user has a Creator license, she automatically gets read/write access permissions.  In her case, the group she belongs to is part of the project, but the group only had read access.  I updated that permission and it works now.  Thank you, @Andrew MacCormack
