Filtering in the List View

When filtering in list view of a set of items, I apply two filters, one for item type and one for Has Downstream.  The total number of items in this set is 101, and it is of one item type.

As you can see, there are at least 2 items shown in this view that does not have a link to a downstream item.  However, when the "Has Downstream" filter is applied these 2 items stills shows up.

Shouldn't only 99 items show up?

    Hi Anthony,

This is an intended behaviour, as the Direct Coverage filters (ie "Has Downstream" or "Missing Upstream" filters) work with the "For Coverage" setting in Relationship Rules. The filter only affects results when the item type in the relationship rule has a mandatory relationship with another item type, and these mandatory relationships are determined via the "For Coverage" setting in Relationship Rules applied to the project.
