Decision Trees

Hello All, 

We are currently working on rolling out products to the market and want to provide support teams with decision trees so they know how to support our customers best. I have started with Visio or Lucid chart, but because we will have many warning lamps/sensors providing information I have thought about the idea of creating an item for each indicator, then making a yes and no relation to the downstream and go until the product is deemed defective for further investigation or solved. Please let me know if anyone has tried to outline a decision tree on Jama.
