'Send for review' has non-functional 'show upstream related items' feature
I have a Test Case with two upstream relationships to System Requirements. When I ask to turn the document into a Review, there is a checkbox option to include upstream relationships in the review. After walking throught the process, the final review only has the starting document, the two upstream relationship docs are not included.
Would like to know how to get this capability working. My verification team is unable to build the appropriate test if they cannot see the requirements driving the test(s). Thanks.

Your last screenshot does not show the full picture. There should be a field at the bottom "Show related items":
When clicking on it, it shows all the related upstream (and downstream) items:
This works fine in 8.79.1 and 9.3.0

Ah, thank you. I was hoping the check box allowed each related item to get a full page in the review. Apparently it just gets you the small popup. Unfortunately, that small popup does not show you embedded images or let you see the full content. If it had a link in there to open the item in full in a tab, that might be ok, but I see no link or way to view the related item in full. Do you know of a way?
Trace View at least lets you click on a link and that opens a new tab.

I suppose the only way to see the full content is to change to the single item view of an item in the Review and click on "Go to item".
This opens the respective item in the project in a new browser tab. From there, you can follow the relationships as usual to check the upstream items. This might be tedious but it seems to be the only way.
