Trace Report: Display items within project

There are several projects which are reusing requirements from a library. Each project has it's own unique downstream relationships. When I go to one of the projects and look at requirement trace-view to see all the downstream items, I see downstream items from all the projects. I only want to see the ones from the current project. How do I do this?

I tried setting an advanced filter to display any relationship where the ID contains "XXX_" which is the start of our project ID, but that filter doesn't work (nothing gets displayed). I also couldn't find any options through the trace view or coverage explorer.

The only way I know to achieve this is to re-use the shared items into the project that is using them, and then create the relationships to the re-used items, rather than creating relationships directly to the items in the library.  If there is another way, I also would be very interested in hearing about it!

@Geoffrey Clemm That's what I'm doing currently (creating relationships to the re-used items within each project, rather than to the library), but I still can't get the trace report to only show the project-specific relationships

Probably need to make this more explicit.   For example, there are items IL1 and IL2 in the Library project, items IA1, IAL1, and IAL2 in project A, and items IB1, IBL1, and IBL2 in project B, where IAL1 and IBL1 were reused from IL1, while IAL2 and IBL2 were reused from IL2.  Then identify what relationships exists between these various items, what the trace view is showing, and what you wanted the trace view to show.
