Is there a way to generate a Review of all Upstream Relationships?

Is there a way to create a Jama Review for just the list of upstream or downstream relationship items of a source?  I have tried all manner of advanced filters, trace mode, relationship view... and have not found a way to identify a group of upstream or downstream items so they can be selected for a Jama Review.  Are there any tricks you can recommend? Thanks.

    The best I've found for this case is to add a tag (e.g. "geoff_review") to the item I want to review, and then I have a relatively simple advanced filter that shows me the tagged item and all its upstream items, and another filter for it and all its downstream items.

    Thanks Geoffrey, that was helpful.
    Seems like an extra unnecessary step to have to create a unique tag, but agree it is the best I have found so far.
