Adding a picture to an Excel file using Velocity code

Dear Friends,

I am trying to add an image inside an excel file using velocity code, whenever exporting and creating an excel file I get an small box with an X and an error that this image cannot be upload or it was moved or renamed.....I am converting my image to base 64 and adding it inside an img tag as such <img alt="Foo" style="height: 15px; width: auto; float: left; margin-right: 10px;" src="Replacing base64 image"> am I doing something wrong ? or how can i add an image to an excel file using velocity code ?
