Copying / repeating a field description

I would like to automatically copy the description of a Jama system (or subsystem) requirement item to the design FMEA requirement field. Both items in the same project. Is JCI Excel integration the way of doing it? How would the JCI mapping work?

    Hi Marcos, absolutely. As long as the two items are linked together either through a relationship or an Item of Type field, you can flow data from one or more fields between the items.

    Here is a very basic example of what this could look like -
