How do we see changes when doing a review in JRC?
I can't figure out how to show changes since last review when reviewing requirements in JRC. This seems like basic table stakes for a Review tool but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do this.

Maybe I'm not understand the question correctly, but there is a compare option of a review next to its title. once selected, to compare you can select which versions to compare:

Maybe I am on an older version but this is what I see in JRC.
I don't think any of these do a compare.
I would like to see something more like what the Compare button does when looking at changes on the individual requirement page.
My current workflow requires two windows, one with JRC and another that has the actual requirement open to see changes. My point is that a Review tool should have a Changed view built in.

We're running v8.79.5 and we use the compare button referenced in the screenshot below taken from the user guide. It would be right above the "Approval review * 02/19/2024 In progress" portion of your screenshot.

Thank you, Alex.
It appears that only provides a comparison between what was entered into this Review and what got fixed in this Review once we get a V2.I want an easy way to see the difference between that last Released version of each Requirement and what was entered into this Review.

You can do that by pressing on the V icon on the right hand side and selecting the comparison points.
you can see what versions are associated with which review version and compare content.

This can be a painful process (going to each item in the review, displaying versions and selecting the 2 you want to compare) if you have more than a couple of items up for review.

We may be doing something wrong when we set up the JRC review then. Even though we have reviewed these requirements several times, when we kick off the new Revew for changes and the "V" button resets to V1 only.

You need to click "Publish new revision" in order to generate v2 instead of creating a new review. The button is on the right top; and only moderator can see the button. (I am using 8.79.4 on-premise)

This is truly awful, especially for those people that don't use JRC very often but are required to approve the Requirements changes. We typically do dozens to hundreds at a time and it gets beyond tedious.
------------------------------
Ideally, there would be a mode in JRC where the changes between last review and now is shown by default. It would save many hours per review for us.

We work around this by creating a review before we start editing something with your-self as the only reviewer and set the review to expire ASAP. Then make the changes and add all of the correct reviewers when the new revision is published. It is a bit hacky but gets the job done.
The other option is to compare baselines. We take a baseline at each 'release' so the changes are a quick baseline comparison away. Definitely less convenient since the markup is now something outside of review center, but it is handy when we forget to start the review before changes are made.

Hi Brad,
You may want to submit your request regarding Review Center in Jama's Ideation module if something like it doesn't already exist. Community members can vote on it and if it gains enough traction it can enter into Jama's Product Review stage.
