The Interchange integration logs have been updated to better handle uniquely formatted API error messages from other systems, such as Atlassian Jira. Previously, certain types of errors, including Jira system outages, could cause an integration to stop and not restart even after the error was resolved. The updates made in release 1.9.2 allow Interchange integrations to better process these API errors, so integrations can more easily recover and restart on their own after an error is resolved.

    Where would I go to find all the Release Notes for JCI? In the Support hub below, the subtitle includes JCI but I do not see any documents pertaining to JCI, only Jama Connect.

    The JCI Release Notes are available on the page you linked above, but only if you are logged in. Try logging in using the link at the top right. Once logged in, you should see a link for the JCI Release Notes.
