To open the online Help, click the new Help link in the Interchange header or access the URL directly (help.jamainterchange.com).
For airgapped installations, a PDF version of the Help content is still available on the Community.
Dedicated Connector User Account No Longer Required
You are no longer required to create dedicated service accounts for your Jama Connect and Jira connectors. You can now use any regular admin or user account for connector authentication, as long as that user account has access to the projects and items included in the integration.
Previously, these dedicated accounts were required because Interchange was configured to automatically ignore any changes made in Jama Connect and Jira by the connector user. This setting has been removed, and changes made by the connector user are synced like any other user's changes.
Redesigned Integration Wizard
The integration wizard has been updated with a new UI style that more closely resembles the rest of the application. The wizard also includes additional UI text and instructions that guide you through the process of creating a new integration.
