Generic error when creating a review

I’ve got an issue generating a review in Jama. When I generate a review, it finds 539 pages to include (which is correct). Once the review generates, 72 pages are marked as “pending updates” even though nothing has changed. If a review does have pending updates, publishing a new revision will incorporate the changes. Selecting that option identifies the 72 pages as “new pages”, publishing goes through the process of adding them however they are not added and the 72 pending updates remain on the new revision version. The pages that have the issue are a mix of new pages and pages that have been included in previous reviews. I’ve gone so far as to generate a small review of just 3 pages in a folder which oddly included 2 or the 3 pages, and one of those was one that was NOT included in my first review! I then tried generating a review of a single page and it failed as a pending update as well.

I have no visibility of errors or logs, so I have no idea why these particular reviews are failing when it has been working just fine for the past few years.

Further to the above, now when I go to create a NEW review, I follow the creation "wizard" and on the last screen, a generic error is presented advising that an error has occurred and to check the logs, and no review is created.
