Notification to Review Moderator that Review is closing soon

Hi, Is there a way to have a reminder e-mail notification sent to a moderator that a review is closing soon. We would like to give the moderator the option to extend the review period if necessary without having to reopen the review.

Also - is there a way to change the default Deadline for a review? Right now it is defaulting to 2 weeks. I thought at one time it was set to 4 weeks.
