Allowed Relationship Table Editing

The user experience for admin page for configuring allowed relationships is very different from other admin pages, and otherwise:

• Workflow tab: you can "select" a row and see it highlighted before it goes into edit mode
• Item types and attributes - same thing… you can select a row and turn it a distinctive color
• Project view Content list - you can select a row before committing to edit something

Choosing rows in the Relationship Rule Configuration list should work the same, instead of automatically putting you in an editing mode.

FURTHER… the rules should be sortable by upstream or downstream item type rather than the "order rules were created in" default order.

AND EVEN FURTHER…. you should be able to collapse or minimize diagrams so its easier to manipulate one at a time without all the extra content above/below the rule configuration of interest.
