Send out a dialogue box when you add the project to the new relationship rules.

Let's say Project A is existed in an relationship rule A.
if we add project A to relationship rule B.
A dialog box stating something like "would you like to move the project A to another relationship rule which may eliminate the project from existing rule" or something similar is supposed to appear.
But at the moment, no notification.
