How to find out who created the requirement or test case?

I'm Organisation Admin and using version 8.79.4.

I don't know how to find who created/owns a particular requirement/test case. I can see who last modified it but sometimes that's not enough to take required action. Could someone please help.

    You can use the Versions panel to see who has created version 1 of an item. In Version 1 of an item, the "Change details" should be shown as "Initial creation". Check the "By" column to see who created it.

    Alternatively, you can also check the very first activity of an item.
