Images are incomplete in exports - tips needed

Hi,

When exporting images with the default word and advanced word exports, some of our images are not fully displayed. They are cut off on the side of the word pages (way bigger size), while they look okay in the reading view.

Any tips on how to avoid/resolve this issue?

    Here a few tips, which might help to solve the problem:

    • in the admin panel, define a max width or max height for images in rich text fields
    • create a Word template with integrated macro, which starts on the first opening and which automatically resizes all pictures (we are using this approach)
    • use velocity reports, which automatically resize the picture
