Has your organization validated Jama Software for its intended use?

Hi @sheetal.kubsad , we pay Jama annually for a validation report on Jama's OOTB "Cloud" feature set which is prepared by a 3rd party — which is then continually updated with each Jama release.

Warning: it's not cheap. Contact your Jama rep.

We use the Customer-Validated Cloud option and review updates as they come through ahead of their go live. Our original validation was done about 4.5 years ago and so we just need to do it incrementally now. If you've not already read the FDA's https://www.fda.gov/regulatory-information/search-fda-guidance-documents/computer-software-assurance-production-and-quality-system-software then its actually quite helpful (and free, unlike many standards!)
