Is Jama's 'Relationship Import Plugin' feature free?

I would like to import some large files and I see Jama has 'Relationship Import Plugin'. Anyone know if this is free?

To my knowledge, the plugin is a feature available to Jama users but that requires configuration. There are instructions in the support pages. The problem I just found is that the relationship type it defaults to on the import is "related to" even if that goes against your ruleset.
