Copy Value from Field in Test Case to Test Run

I want to modify the "Test Run" item to add a field labeled "Pass/Fail Criteria". I want this field to be populated with the "Pass/Fail Criteria" value in the associated Test Case item. Is there a way to do this? The "Description" field does this. The value in the Description field gets copied from the Test Case to the Test Run when it is created. I want to do the same with Pass/Fail Criteria field.
