Renew session button doesn't work anymore

After an maintenance during November or December my refresh button stopped to work. This causes me to lose work on when running testcases or when I forget to save different changes.

When I press the "renew session" button I just get a popup that says that Jama is doing maintenance, and it has been the same every day since that maintenance in Nov/Dec.

Also,I can't find where I am supposed to report bugs.

    This is not related to "Live Trace Explorer" but I had to post it some whare.
