We too have reviews that impact multiple disciplines, e.g. electrical, mechanical, software and manufacturing. I would like a way to connect a group of users with a specific tag which can be placed on an item during a review. For example, I would create a group called EE (electrical engineering). In that group, I add John and Jane to EE group. I also tag a subset of requirements within a subsystem with EE. As a moderator, when I create a review, I can choose the group EE to be an approver for only the requirements tagged with EE. Side Note: I should also have the option of making the group EE be reviewers.
If there are cross functional reqs, then I can add 1 or more tags to these reqs, say EE, ME and SW as approvers or any combo, EE, ME = approvers, SW = reviewers.
The metrics would then take in consideration how many approves a single item received depending on the # approvers per the # of tags / users associated with that tag.
In the example above, if john and jane both approved an item tagged as EE, i would see 2/2 approved.Ken G0 -
I see this question was posted in 2015 and it's now 2021.
And we agree, after using Jama for a while we realize the Review Center is nearly unusable without filtering.
Has any progress been made on this? Did I miss the ability to associate a filter with a review or the ability to create filters on a review? Filtering on tags would probably be enough for our use.
