Rest API /picklists/{picklistId}/options Not Working

Anyone have an issue with the API for adding new picklist options?

/picklists/{picklistId}/options seems to not work to add new picklist options when my dev tries to use the api to take data from a json file to add to a picklist on the server using this call. Ge encounters the errors below.  Formatting was checked and is correct. In troubleshooting postman was tested to send the formatted url requires for /picklists/{picklistId}/options and still had no joy. Other api calls work using postman which leads us to believe the /picklists/{picklistId}/options is bugging out.

HTTPError: 405 Client Error: This error occurred when the client attempted to use an HTTP method (e.g. GET, POST, DELETE) that was not allowed by the server for the given endpoint. This could be due to a problem with the client code or with the JAMA server configuration.
HTTPError: 500 Server Error: This error occurred when the server encountered an internal error while processing the client's request. This could be due to a problem with the server itself or with the JAMA application running on the server.

    Hi Louis,

I can see a Support ticket filed earlier this week; that's the best path for troubleshooting this further, so thank you for reaching out to the Jama Software Support team already.

The next step there would be for you to upload a support bundle to the ticket -- once that's been added, our Support Engineers can continue working with you through that ticket.

    Thank you!
