What do rollup values really look like?
I'm testing out the usage of a rollup field to show whether downstream TBD items are resolved, since a requirement could have multiple TBDs. When I add/remove relationships to see the percentages change, I notice some odd behavior on the rollup field.
I can tell that it takes about a minute for the rollup calculation to be updated, which is fine, but if I do a filter to see the items that have a rollup value less than 100% it still shows items with 100%, not all, only a couple. And if I try sorting the results of such filter by the rollup field column it won't sort correctly either, if I go from low to high, the 100% items don't appear at the bottom, but if I sort from high to low they do appear at the top.
What is even more unusual is that if I go and manually do an index of the project then the results of the filter become accurate and the 100% items don't show anymore (filter was looking for rollup that wasn't 100). We can't count on indexing all the time to correct this behavior, is there anything else I'm missing? Is this expected behavior? should the filter be configured different?

Hi Lita,
This sounds like it may be a defect, and we'd like to dig in deeper with you. Please file a ticket here to partner with our Support team, and include a link to this thread in the ticket description -- as a heads up, we'll likely need HAR files from the current environment as well as a support bundle.
