JCI and Created By field

I am wondering if anyone has a good solution to indicate on Jira who created a ticket that was created in Jama? I know that any ticket created will indicate the reporter as the JCI account used to manage the integration.  Does anyone have a good solution to include the actual report with the ticket? I don't have control over the Jira side so I am a bit limited there. The best I can come up with for now is to have the creator include their name in the description. Any other ideas?

    Hi David, 

    Adding a custom text field in Jira for "Created by in Jama" and then map the "Created by" field from the Jama item should accomplish this!
