Script to download attachments in test runs

I have learned that this script is only for self-hosted Jama users, and I am cloud-based.

The GitHub repository did state that if I am a cloud customer, to go here:

I went to the link, but could not find anything on how to use the script to download attachments in test runs as a cloud based user.

So, the question is as a cloud based user how do I use the following script:

Has anyone ever used the following script to download attachments from test run?

I'm not familiar with getting this set up on my computer and using it, hoping to find someone who has experience with this:
