Baseline Organization
How are other organizations keeping their baselines in check?
I am familiar with the baseline functionality, as well as this section of the user guide about organizing the baseline tree:
We use Reviews a lot, which generate baselines automatically, plus we also create manual baselines for document releases, and even for a rollback point before performing a roundtrip update. With the amount of creators and projects we hold, as well as the number of reviews, our baseline tree has quickly grown out of control. We can remind users to utilize the folder option and drag/drop their baselines, but it still doesn't get organized for our larger projects.
Can anyone share their experience on how they helped their projects organize their baselines? Any tips or scripts to help get organized?

Hi Lita,
One way of doing that to create a folder structure that correspond to your baseline activities.
In this example, project using baselines for exporting documents, for doing review center review and for other reasons.
So the folder structure correspond to that:
When a baseline container sits in the folder, consecutive baselines will be in the same baseline container, so location in the baseline tree kind of automatic.
