I've found a bug in Jama. How can I report it to the developers?

    Make sure to be explicit as possible:

    • How to reproduce
    • What you expect to happen
    • What actually happens
    • Evidence:
      • Screenshots
      • "Unlisted" videos in YouTube

    …and be ready for them to take a while to respond…and respond with "it's working as designed, thus you should create an Ideation!"

    Go look at the Ideations that I've documented. Many started with a support ticket.
