Consider This:Permissions within a specific project can be managed by the Project Administrator (this is a Permission). When identifying Organization-level Groups and granting permissions as the Organization Admin, consider what is the appropriate level of Organization management vs. what can be further managed within the projects themselves by the Project Administrators. With this approach, Organization Admins can grant Organization User Groups appropriate access to Jama Connect® project folders at the "organization" while leaving granular permissions, such as project component and set level, to Project Administrators.User groups may align with License-types granted to users. For example, you may have a Read-only group granted "Read Access" at the organization level and add users with Stakeholder licenses to this group. The license gives the user read access within Jama Connect®, while the group/permission dictates where in Jama Connect® users will have this read access.
