Phases
The site has been organized into phases intended to be followed in order: Ready, Set, Go, Check. The phases ensure you are prepared for both organizational and individual team member change. Links to the left allow you to jump to any phase.
Each phase provides a brief statement about its objective.
The phase completion criteria define what must be accomplished before moving on to the next phase. The actions and resources listed in the phase will help you accomplish the completion criteria.
Activities
Each phase is broken into multiple activities, each with its objective. Accomplishing these objectives will ensure you've met the completion criteria for the phase.
Each activity details specific actions and provides links to resources that will help with your deployment activities or learn more about Jama Connect®.
Success Programs for when you need help
Jama Software® offers customers professional services through Success Programs. Depending on the customer's needs, we offer three (3) different levels of services: Essentials, Guided, and Strategic Success Programs.
These programs provide you and your team with "credits" (e.g., Essential = 6 credits) that you can use to take advantage of any of the Success Offerings.
Each activity lists applicable success offerings that allow you to get help from experts at Jama Software®. Click the offering to see a description and to request the offering. We will be in touch soon after to provide services.
Please note, Jama Software® will first confirm that your organization has available credits before proceeding with services and will work with you to determine the appropriate program if credits are not available.
