Consider a Continuous Improvement model using data from benchmarking to formulate a hypothesis and identify opportunities.
Use the V-Model to help identify opportunities for continuous process improvements and further solution alignment. This can help expand the scope and reach of Jama Connect®, thus increasing its value within the organization.
Expand the Scope:
If you haven't fully defined your model, build a V-Model that aligns with system engineering principles and your organization’s procedures and quality standards. Identify areas of that V-model that are not in Jama Connect® but should be or are potential integration points with Jama Connect®.
This will help you to expand the scope of Jama Connect®:
Broaden the Inputs:
Identify inputs into the design that have not yet been captured in Jama Connect®. Broadening the inputs allows you to benefit from the trace to these inputs.
Expand the reach:
Look at touch points from the V-Model that are not captured in Jama Connect® but where stakeholders and the design process would benefit from collaboration at those touch points. Utilize Stakeholder licenses to expand access to Jama Connect® and establish a collaborative culture.
