- Deployment Plan
- Having a high-level plan helps identify the Who, What, and When (the Why is already captured).
- Communication Plan
- Executive & Core Team Status Updates: Regular touchpoints with the Core Team to discuss achievements and challenges.
- Go-Live Announcement: Celebrate the success of the new solution going live! Consider communicating this milestone with the sponsor and announcing positive business outcomes.
- Training Plan
- Identify responsibilities and timelines to determine training needs for each impacted role. Refer to the training outlined in the Onboarding Jama Connect® Sample training template.
Remember to communicate plans and obtain agreement from the Core Team.
